Aadat is India’s first Desi Punk Rock band, breaking ground with a raw, unapologetic sound that fuses punk rock intensity with a unique desi edge. Born in the heart of Maharashtra, India, Aadat channels the energy of classic punk rock with a desi twist, giving voice to the struggles, dreams, and rebellious spirit of a new generation.

Fronted by Prasad Apte on lead vocals and lead guitar, with Shubham Pardeshi on rhythm guitar and backing vocals, Vedant Moray on bass and backing vocals, and Prathmesh Lonkar on drums, Aadat delivers explosive performances with a message. They’re on a mission to make Desi Punk Rock a force to be reckoned with in India, challenging norms, inspiring listeners, and turning the underground into the mainstream.

Their debut album, Umar Atthara, is more than just an album—it’s a journey through the chaos and emotions of turning 18. Freedom, love, rebellion, and the thrill of newfound adulthood come alive across 12 loud and raw tracks. Umar Atthara is a soundtrack for every young soul navigating the highs and lows of their coming-of-age story, embodying the true spirit of Desi Punk Rock.
